Molly Boness has joined our team as Chief of Staff for our practice. She has extensive experience in Organizational Discipline, Operations and Program Management, Financial Planning, Process Design, and Implementation. She has a broad network with proven track record of implementing processes, systems, and tools through leadership practices and discipline. She is organized, disciplined, detailed, and driven to keep teams moving forward by driving actions to results. In her free time Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and fur babies, as well as reading and crafting.
